Wind Lever Type 1

Chrome lever is cast with a diagonal tear-shaped tip. It is solid and flat, the tip is machine hollowed out underneath.

Wind Lever Type 2

Chrome lever is cast with diagonal tear-shaped tip and it is completely hollow underneath.

Chrome lever is completely solid, cast with diagonal tip.
The tip is custom modified with black plastic cover.

Wind Lever Type 5

Chrome lever is solid, the tip has a black plastic cover (like F2 bodies, also called Apollo-look).

Recorded body numbers between 7350161 and 7450960. Earlier cameras which appear to be original have been found. Nikon F instruction booklet with print code (72.2.CO)&-26 shows body #7256811 with F2-cosmetics.
