Nikkormat Rewind Knob Type 1

Some early Nikkormat/Nikomat FT bodies came with a narrow ribbing at the edge of the rewind knob.

Nikkormat Rewind Knob Type 2

Most of the Nikkormat/Nikomat FT bodies came with an extended ribbing on the rewind knob.

Aperture Coupling Range Type 1

On the very first FT bodies the maximum aperture scale has a range from 1.2 to 5.6. The red dot indicating the stop down index is at the same place as the 1.2 value.

Aperture Coupling Range Type 2

Very soon the maximum aperture scale is changed to a range from 1.2 to 4.5 only. The red dot indicating the stop down index is on the left side of the 1.2 value.

Film Pressure Plate Type 2

On later Nikkormat/Nikomat FS and FT bodies the film pressure plate has a fine structure.
